Offline, on purpose
There is no card form in this portal and no payment gateway behind it. You pay the way agencies here already pay, by bank transfer, mobile money or cash, and we record which plan you are on and the date it runs to. Your payment reference is kept with the record.
You pay us directly
Transfer, mobile money or cash. We note the reference against your agency, so there is always a record of what was paid and when.
The portal shows the date
Your renewal date sits in the portal. A reminder appears inside the dashboard a month before it, not in your inbox at random.
A grace window follows
If a renewal is late, nothing changes immediately. You keep working through a grace period while we sort it out between us.
Your records are always yours
Whatever happens with a subscription, your data stays readable and exportable. We do not delete an agency's records.

- What counts as a seat?
- One portal login for one colleague. Pilgrims, bookings and trips are unlimited on every plan; a seat is a person on your staff who signs in, not a record in the system.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, at any time, in either direction. Your records are untouched by the change; only what is switched on changes.
- What happens if I pay late?
- A grace window runs after the renewal date, and you keep full access through it. We contact you rather than switching anything off without warning.
- Is there a contract or a minimum term?
- No lock-in. Plans are paid for a period, and you renew when that period ends.
- Which plan do most agencies start on?
- It depends on your staff, not your size. One person running their own bookings starts on Starter; two colleagues sharing the work and selling Hajj start on Standard. Tell us how you work and we will say which fits.
